Large cart cover: fits Costco size double carts, fits high back carts, fits all highchairs. Fold up to compact clutch. There are pockets and attachment loops and a plastic see through pocket for a phone/toy insert. Comes with a seat strap and provides safe sitting so child won't slip through. Love this cover!
