  • I used these with my first baby, and did not care for them. The small adhesive area did not hold them in my bra. Mar 07, 2024

They worked well but are definitely not my favorite. They seemed to stick to my skin and were itchy. They did stay in place well but I will stick to using lansinoh brand. Aug 28, 2018

  • Great for travel when I can't wash the reusables. I only wish the adhesive spot was a little bigger as it comes loose a lot. Apr 09, 2018

  • This didn't seem to lay flat. I could always see them through my shirt. Jan 27, 2018

  • They are okay. Absorbs well for the most part, but fails to stay put in my bra. I find myself having to unfold them and reposition them eveytime I breastfeed. I will not be repurchasing these. Jan 24, 2018

  • I tried these after I tried their thin pads. They are very soft and comfortable! They have been great for my overactive letdowns. They are on the small side compared to the Medela ones I use also. Oct 23, 2017

  • These are great for overnight. My LO eats about every 4 hours so my breasts can sometimes get very full. These have saved many shirts! Sep 21, 2017

  • Hated these! they didn't stick well to my bra so they fell out a lot. Jul 20, 2017

  • Pretty great standard nursing pad! Jan 23, 2017

  • These are very easy to clean but I it rated my nipples. I prefer the disposable nursing pads. Jan 14, 2017

  • Super uncomfortable and not soft- there were tears. Oct 05, 2016

    • Meg B.
    • United States of America

Weird texture, not very absorbent, and feel like you can see them through my shirt! Dec 09, 2015

  • Very reasonably priced and they did their job just fine. Also, were very thin and discreet. Feb 26, 2015

  • Good Lord I hate these. The tiny strip of tape isn't enough to hold it in place, except for when it flips itself around and gets stuck to your boob. OUCH. On the rare occasion they do stay in place, they start falling apart at the edges. Apr 20, 2014

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
