  • This stuff really helped to boost my supply. Tastes HORRIBLE - but i drink it from a shot glass with an ounce of orange juice and it goes down way better. Aug 07, 2020

  • 2 oz. lasts a really long time and it WORKS. I have used this for 4 babies. It has really helped me keep my supply when my baby is too distracted to nurse well but isn't ready to wean. Apr 12, 2019

  • Great product and ingredients are perfectly balanced. Oct 15, 2018

  • Used this for quite a while before I realized it was having a negative impact on my supply. Tastes awful and instructions say to avoid consuming much water around the time you take it. Feb 20, 2018

Yes, yes, yes. Every woman has a different experience, with my first my milk supply was so low in the beginning and I bought this and never had an issue. Feb 05, 2018

  • I can't tell you how much this changed breast feeding for me. I went from 2 oz in one sitting to 6-8 oz in one pumping. The taste is really bad but worth the few minutes of bitter after taste. Jan 25, 2018

  • I like the "special blend" of this a bit more, but the tincture is said to be more potent. It doesn't taste great, but sometimes you need to do anything to help supply. Oct 05, 2016

  • I have struggled with slow let down and also needed to boost my supply. This has worked extremely well and is very easy to take. Although the taste isn't great you only need to take a small amount. Sep 22, 2016

  • This worked very well to bring back my milk production. Warning- it tastes awful. Drink it with some sort of juice and drink it in one gulp, otherwise you will gag. May 23, 2015

  • The most vile tasting product, but seems to work well! Sep 30, 2014

Recommended by my lactation consultant, I think it works? Tastes AWFUL though, now I've kinda gotten used to it. Sep 23, 2014

  • Used it when I had supply issues, can't say for sure whether it helped increase milk production. Mar 19, 2014

  • Helped me jumpstart my production after twins. Gross tasting, I swallowed it with agave. Oct 31, 2013

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
