    Returned. My baby easily transitioned to her arms being over the Velcro and still zippered and then fully out with the Sleepea swaddle and this was unnecessary. It looked like a straight jacket. May 24, 2021

    I admit...I made fun of this until I then needed it. It is the only way that baby will sleep unswaddled. It is a pain to clean because it can't go in the dryer and baby gets hot in it. Jan 30, 2020

  • I was incredibly skeptical about putting my daughter in a suit that looked like the State Puff Marshmallow Man, but this, this is a god send. It is designed to help babies transition from being swaddled to laying out flat, while helping with their Moro reflex. It is designed to not let the jerking motion be so significant that it wakes baby up. My daughter hated being swaddled after 2.5 months, so I decided, why not. The first night she slept for 5 hours straight, the next we got seven. Her Moro reflex is so strong, even now, it will wake her up and she will be inconsolable. We had a fleece in the small, which we loved, and only put her in, in a diaper and socks, to avoid overheating. She just transitioned to a size large (She is a big girl!) and is in the cotton one. Both are great, and the transition was seamless. I can fully say this is worth the money. You as a parent need to pay attention to the room temperature, and their temperature when deciding what they should wear underneath. Nov 29, 2019

  • Allyson, I started using the 6-9 month size super early - my baby was 8.5 weeks old. Since these are spendy, I only ever bought that size. When we put Evan in it the first time, his hands and feet didn't come out the arm and leg holes, but they did stay put. He was SO happy. He hated swaddling, and he slept and slept. Great for setting up a sleep routine too.
