Biggest waste of money!
Works well. Keeps wipes warm and moist. Not a very bright light. Wipes come out one at a time and rarely get stuck.
Best baby gift. I'd love to have warm wipes for myself!
We run air conditioning year round in AZ so this was actually nice to have. Stopped bothering with the heating around 8 months. Still use to hold wipes though.
Had a problem with the moisture pad getting mildew. Not worth the money. Went back to Costco wipes right out of the package and our baby never noticed the difference.
Is it necessary? No. But if you're going to get one, this one is pretty nice - works well, easy to clean.
Wonderful for the winter. Annoying to remember to wet the sponge thingy every few days.
If you have a boy - BUY THIS. I don't care what your mother in law says about it. Our baby boy rarely pees on us/himself/the wall/his change table because of this amazing piece of plastic. LOVE!
Even with winter baby we rarely used. The case is bulky and has to go on lower shelf of changing table. Opted for smaller wipes holder that doesn't warm.
Nice to pull out warm wipes to use on baby. My only negative is it is big and doesn't look very pretty on a changing table. Wouldn't mind a battery operated one so it could be put away in a drawer.
Mixed on this. It is nice in the cool winter months, but totally a frivolity. Nice to have vs need to have, but maybe nice as a gift!
Baby's bum will thank you for it.
Great warmer...makes for much happier diaper changes.
Used it for my first and then for like a week for my 2nd.
Work decently well but wipe often got stuck.
My mother had one piece of maternal advice while I was pregnant: get a wipes warmer. This does the job, but i worry that there's some sort of mildew because of the discoloration at the bottom?
Wipes come out moist and warm. How comforting for little ones! Works best with thick wipes. Keep the pad wet and be sure to place unit on an absorbent cloth to protect furniture from condensation.
thought this was nice for babies born in winter...but it's kind of a pain b/c if you don't keep the pad in the bottom really moist, it burns and turns brown. Borrrow, don't buy...
Kind of frivolous but we live in NYC and it gets cold in the winter. It's a nice touch for the baby.
I didn't have this brand or modal but I did have a wipe warmer and I didn't care for it at all. The wipes would dry out and I just wasted a bunch of wipes
Another totally unnecessary item. If you use cloth wipes they can actually be nice for keeping them warm
Love this wipe warmer! Used it for all 4 babies.
I was told I didn't need a wipe warmer. But frankly, it just seem extra comfy and I haven't regreted it!
This goes in the "totally unessential" bucket.
I like it but you have too keep up with cleaning it & keeping the pad wet.
Bottom of container browned, but doesn't affect wipes, so it doesn't really bother me.
Mine collected dust. After the first few sensitive days, babies usually stop caring if their wipes are warm. Useful if you have an especially sensitive baby, but if not, then don't bother.
It does what its supposed to do. Only downside is that sometimes the sponge dries out before wipes run out and the sponge gets an orange tint.
I kinda liked this for overnight changes when I didn't want to wake the baby up fully with a cold wipe on his bottom but it's not really necessary...just kinda nice to have.
I personally loved this thing, but it's really not necessary. Might as well get them used to a cold butt wipe, or you could just hold it in your hands for a few seconds to warm it up. Trying to remember to keep this thing filled with water was a pain.
This is an excellent addition. To quote my husband "Would you like someone wiping your bum with something cold at 3:00 am?" Nuff said.
I like it but huggies wipes don't cooperate with it... pampers were fine in it. The huggies dont come up and they also fall apart in there.
Works great! The only thing I don't like is the bright light on the front. I always cover it with something.
So didn't need this...
I could never find the refill thing for the bottom & I never really used it any way.
The wipes were cold as soon as you pulled them out of the warmer. This was not useful.
Totally unnecessary, but I do love having warm wipes!
Love this, makes all night diaper changes much more bearable! Refill pads are a little pricy, but couldn't live without it.
Helped keep my son from peeing on me
My son really needed this in the first few months, or diaper changes were a fight. My daughter, now 4 months, is perfectly fine without it. Depends on the child
Wipes get cold as soon as you take them out.
Overrated. Used it for the first baby but not the second. Didn't really make a huge difference. Plus I worried about germs and what was happening with the wipes always being warm.
Before I had a child, I thought this was ridiculous. My nanny ended up giving this to us as a gift and I LOVE IT!
My baby hated having her diaper changed until I got this. She was a winter infant so those warm wipes really made diaper changing more pleasurable for her.
We have this in the girls room and while not totally necessary, it's nice to not shock them in the night with a cold wipe.
The ultimate wipesWARMER by Prince Lionheart is the number one selling wipes warmer worldwide. Prince Lionheart wipes warmers all feature the patented Ever-Fresh® System which is guaranteed to help keep your wipes the freshest they can be to soothe Baby's delicate skin. The patented Ever-Fresh System works three ways: 1) Anti-microbial: Both the wipe warmer’s tub and the Ever-Fresh pillow are treated with an EPA approved additive to inhibit the growth of microorganisms that may cause spoilage, odors and mildew. 2) Non-browning: Keeping wipes moist prevents most discoloration from occurring when wipes are warmed. Over time, additives typically found in baby wipes, cause discoloration as they warm. The Ever-Fresh System effectively insulates wipes from the warming surface, preventing browning. 3) Moisture Retention: The Ever-Fresh System keeps wipes moist by an evaporation and condensation process. Micro pores in the pillow trap and release water as needed to maintain moisture content.
